I want to reclaim what we pay attention to in our everyday social feeds by harvesting and printing hundreds of memes into stillness on canvas. Layered in varied black inks, their familiar messages become distant and fleeting, even as the canvas holds them static. By slowing what is normally consumed in seconds, I ask how these images shape what we see, share, and believe.
